Chris Hoppe (Phloodpants) > Orton Park Gazebo at night. 30 second exposure. The lighting is from a blue-ish sodium vapor streetlight nearby. The interesting thing to me about this photo is that once I adjusted the color balance for the gazebo, grass and trees to look right, the sky turns purple! Normally it would be a deep, purple-ish blue. I love this effect, because in fact, there is no deception. In the context of the light present in the scene, the sky is indeed... purple. It is true to my experience of this place and time.
